The academic year consists of four semesters: fall, winter, spring and summer.
Each semester is two and a half months long with two week break in between. The breaks are two last weeks of each semester. New students can enroll at the beginning of any semester, as long as space is available.
FALL SEMESTER: October – December
Break the last two weeks of December
WINTER SEMESTER: January-March
Break the last two weeks of March
SPRING SEMESTER: April-June
Break the last two weeks of June
SUMMER SEMESTER: July-September
Break the last two weeks of September Classes are held on Tuesday 9-4, Thursday 9-4 and Friday 10-4. Optional studio time is available the rest of the week. The school is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and weekends for students to draw and paint still lifes, casts and models or work on other assignments. This flexible schedule allows those students that have to work, time to make a living. The school facilities are available 7 days a week, enabling students to work outside of class time. |
